Greetings from the Advanced Team!
Think about how the convenience of technology has altered your life. You can read more about that on page 10 in “The Cost of Convenience.” One thing that convenience does is free up time for other things, like reading. I enjoy a good book, either the old-fashioned kind with paper pages or an electronic one on my e-reader. You’ll learn about five books you may want to read in our article “Earth and Economics.” Find out about five different books that discuss economics and their impact on the environment on page 26.
And when you’re tired of reading books, get ready for an adrenaline rush! In our article “Be Bold in Your Travel” (page 30), you can learn about places where you can have exhilarating experiences! Go zip lining in Costa Rica. You could bungee jump at the Macau Tower or ledge jump in Queenstown, New Zealand.
I think I’ll just enjoy reading about these extreme adventures, but you may want to give one a try! If you do, write to us and tell us about it!
